சென்னையில் வாழும் மக்கள் ஒன்றிணைந்து அனைவருக்கும் உதவும் வகையில் ஒரு அறக்கட்டளை தொடங்கலாம் என ஜூலை 2016 ஆம் ஆண்டு 31 ஆம் தேதி அன்று தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டு, அதனைத் தொடர்ந்து 05.04.2017 அன்று AVC Welfare Trust என்ற அறக்கட்டளை சென்னையில் தொடங்கப்பட்டது.

இந்த அறக்கட்டளையின் நிர்வாகிகளாக ஆர். கே. துரைசாமி, கே. எத்திராஜ், ஆர்.ஏ.கே நடராஜன், வி. தனசேகர் , ஆர். அழகரசன், ஏ. ஹரி பாபு, கே. பாலாஜி மற்றும் பல தன்னார்வர்களுடன் இந்த அறக்கட்டளை பல நலப்பணிகளை மேற்கொண்டு வருகின்றது.
